The past few years have been chock full of happy fun things and I am beyond excited for all 2016 has to offer!  I am focusing this year around pursuing passion.  Reaching towards that thing that makes me "tick." 

I watched Steve Jobs' inspirational speech over the holiday break and it gave me goosebumps!  He talks about following that desire we all have to achieve greatness- that you can't connect the dots looking forward, only looking backward.  If you haven't seen it you can watch it here.

 You see, I recently got news that my papa (who raised me and is the best dad I could have EVER asked for) is pretty sick.  Knowing I may not have as much time with him as I would like has really been a wake up call for me.  A sudden reminder of the obvious- today is all we have so we should do our best to harness the power of now.  That being said I am grabbing this year by the horns and making as much of it as I can!  I plan on spending as much time as I can with my grandparents and pursuing my passion of healthy living-hopefully I can inspire a few along the way!
